VT The Big Event

The Big Event is an annual community service event run by students at Virginia Tech. A small group of us from Astrobotics helped members of the community with jobs such as weeding, removing poison ivy, and aerating soil. It is our small way, as Tech students, of giving back to our community.

Preschool Robotics

Our high school robotics team visited a local preschool to introduce them (about 50 students) to the wonderful world of robotics. We let them drive some of our robots (with lowered speed) and gave them each a mini "Wobble-bot" to draw on and keep!

CuriOdyssey

Before our school had an FRC team, we had two FTC teams. In FTC, the robots are smaller and significantly easier to make. This helped us build a strong foundation before joining FRC, and was my introduction to the world of robotics.
